Strengthen Family Bonds Through Fandoms and Fiction

Family relationships strengthen through shared experiences and interests. During this interactive session, my 20-year-old daughter and I will share how fiction, fandoms, and cons have helped us build an incredible relationship. We will share our story and ask those in attendance to share theirs.

The session will have five sections. We will share what we have learned over the last 20 years.

1. Setting a foundation with young children.
2. Exploring fandoms and fiction when kids are 7-12.
3. Sharing new books and films during adolescence.  
4. Keeping the fun going into adulthood.
5. Hear your stories and ideas.
